Cynthia E. Eggleton

Cynthia Eggleton, President of CERB Associates, has more than 21 years’ experience in project and personnel management.  She represents a staff of writers, artists and publishers who specialize in strategic planning and communications.  She also has extensive experience in facilitation, vision planning and strategic direction.

Ms. Eggleton’s community background is extensive.  She has coordinated and managed the development of community based planning and communications for a variety of clients, including United Way of Southeast Michigan, Marygrove College and their Our Neighborhood Engaged initiative, Clinton Township, Woodward Heritage, Next Detroit Neighborhoods, 100 Black Men, Oakland County and Wayne County.

She has:

• Led teams to be more productive
• Helped resolve issues
• Better defined systems and practices
• Helped set up processes for execution of agreed upon plans

 She has served in leadership positions — as vice president of a creative group, and currently as president of CERB Associates.

She earned both her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Wayne State University and has published several research papers in professional journals.  Ms. Eggleton has been honored for her work with nonprofits and won several awards for communications.  She earned the 1979 National Science Foundation Award for Excellence in Research.
